There aren’t that many documents that are necessary for pre-admission.
In addition to the actual occupancy application, our research shows that during pre-admission there can be a dozen or more types of documents that have to be completed; currently most admissions documents are paper based, in different formats, and various configurations.
Before residents are admitted, documents that need to be completed include financials, occupancy agreement/admissions agreement, medical authorization (s), therapy, vision, podiatry, dental...etc, secondary payer, medicare ABN, veteran status, disclosures, and more.
